We are thrilled to announce that the Ndemban Skills Training Centre has been officially opened.

The opening ceremony was held on Friday,13th October 2023, at the Skills Training Centre in Ndemban Village. The occasion was graced by our Honourable Minister for Higher Education, staff of the Ministry and USET, representatives of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), teachers, students, and members of the community, among others.

In the same vein, TIKA donated quality construction and carpentry laboratory equipment which was officially handed to the school.

According to our Honourable Minister Prof Pierre Gomez, the equipment donated will go a long way in developing practical Skills Training among young learners at the Centre.

We thank TIKA for the generous support to the development of TVET in the #Gambia.
