4TH SUSPECT IN KENEBA SUSPECTED ARMED ROBBERY INCIDENT APPREHENDED

The 4th suspect in the Kiang Keneba suspected armed robbery incident has been arrested today 1st March 2024 around 14:00hrs. The suspect was apprehended after a tussle with police that left two PIU personnel with injuries.

During a thorough search at his residence in kerr Ngor Nyan Village, Police recovered some cash, new clothes, pairs of shoes, as well as a cutlass, and an axe. After an ambush was laid to effect his arrest, mobile phones were also found in his possession.

All four suspects are in police custody, helping with investigation.
